Every agent in the org — including the ones with no owner, no policy, or no telemetry.
The problem
You can only govern what you can see, and only hold accountable what has an owner and a policy. But agents get installed on laptops and servers without anyone registering them, so a real share of the fleet runs unowned, ungoverned, or completely unmonitored.
The value
A complete roster of every agent — and, more importantly, the gaps in it. The inventory promotes the agents operating outside your control so nothing runs unaccounted for, and the same list reads as utilization or risk depending on the seat.
