Direction A — a new top-level "Governance" section with its own sub-pages (Posture/Spend/Agents/Egress); existing app untouched.
Direction B — recast the existing home into three stakeholder lanes (Egress/Spend/Posture); navigation unchanged.
Direction C — a global "Governance lens" toggle re-pivots existing Traffic/Inventory pages by agent and overlays governance columns; no new section.
Direction D — the entire app subdivided by persona (Security/Finance/Executive/Engineering/Compliance); each seat sees only its pages, with content deliberately duplicated where it serves more than one.
